Signature by Des offers a 10 Day returns/exchange policy on full priced merchandise, provided that the garment is returned unworn and in its original state with all labels attached.
You may return full price merchandise for a refund/exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. Please email email@example.com with your order number. Return shipping is at the cost and liability of the customer. Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be made once the garment has been received.
Should you wish to exchange a garment for a different size or style, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll get back to you to confirm availability. Once your item/s have been received by us, your desired item/s will be delivered to you at a service fee quoted by the courier.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or that the item is damaged upon delivery the issue must be brought to our attention via email within 24 hours of receipt of goods. If the garment is confirmed defective, the defective garment must be returned to us in its original packaging and we will send a replacement. If you are not happy to receive a replacement on your damaged garment, we will give you a credit note, an alternative garment or a refund.
