Return Policy

Signature by Des offers a 7 DAY returns/exchange policy on FULL PRICED merchandise, 

Please note: Refunds and credits are only issued for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have original swing tags attached.

You may return FULL PRICE  merchandise for a refund/exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.  Please email info@signaturebydes.co.za with your order number.   Return shipping is at the cost and liability of the customer.  Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be made within 7 days of receiving the garment.

Should you wish to exchange a garment for a different size or style, please email info@signaturebydes.co.za withing 7 days if receiving your order.  Please include your  order number together with your exchange requirements and we'll get back to you to confirm availability. Once your item/s have been received by us, your desired item/s will be delivered to you at a service fee quoted by the courier.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or that the item is damaged upon delivery the issue must be brought to our attention via email within 24 hours of receipt of goods. If the garment is confirmed defective, the defective garment must be returned to us in its original packaging and we will send a replacement.  If you are not happy to receive a replacement on your damaged garment, we will give you a credit note, an alternative garment or a refund.

Discounted items, gift voucher purchases, or items bought at POP UP events
are not eligible for cash refunds. You may request an exchange or an online store credit instead.

Please note that we have a no refund/returns policy on all sale items (including items sold on Black Friday)
